Simple Motoring Cases - Guilty Plea Letter
If you do not require representation at a heairng and plan to plead guilty by post you may feel happier if your letter sent to the court was written by one of our lawyers . The letter will set out what happened , what your personal circumstances are and ask the Court to treat you with leniency . It might make a big difference to your points and fine .
